Over time, your tag list may grow — and that’s okay. Here’s how to keep it tidy.
1. Review your tags
Look for:
- Duplicates
- Outdated tags
- Tags you no longer use
2. Rename a tag
If your theme or plugin setup allows tag editing:
- Go to Tags
- Click Edit
- Change the name
- Save
If not, simply:
- Create a new tag
- Apply it to the right contacts
- Remove the old tag
3. Delete unused tags
If a tag is no longer needed:
- Go to Tags
- Click Delete
This keeps your CRM clean and easy to navigate.
