Follow‑ups help you stay connected and never lose track of important relationships.

1. Open the contact

Go to Contacts, then click the person you want to follow up with.

2. Find the Follow‑Up section

It appears directly on the contact profile.

3. Add your reminder

Enter:

  • The date
  • The time (if applicable)
  • A short note about what you need to do

4. Save the follow‑up

Click Add Follow‑Up.

Your reminder is now scheduled and will appear in your Follow‑Ups list.
