How to Create and Use Tags

Tags are the simplest way to organize your contacts inside MyContactManager.me.

1. What tags are

Tags are labels you attach to contacts to group them by:

  • Project
  • Category
  • Relationship type
  • Priority
  • Status

They’re flexible and can be anything you need.

2. How to add a tag

  1. Open a contact
  2. Click Edit
  3. Find the Tags field
  4. Type a tag name
  5. Press Enter
  6. Save the contact

You can add as many tags as you want.

3. How to use tags

Once tags are added, you can:

  • Filter contacts by tag
  • Build simple workflows
  • Group people by purpose
  • Keep your CRM clean and organized
